Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing design proposal, monitoring on going project and all of all policies and procedure which contribute to the accomplishment of department objectives for timely purchase of quality products which meet established standards and for the effective use of financial, material included selection supplier, maintenance supplier and maintain supplier data base.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• 2 year relevant experience
• Computer literate and able to use design software AutoCAD 2004, 3ds max R 8, Photoshop CS and FreeHand R 10
• FreeHand sketch
• Able to work with minimum supervision and Leadership
• Able to work with multiple tasking, proactive and initiative
• Mature, positive attitude and self motivated
• Service oriented
Business Analyst – IT
Job Responsibilities :
Providing assistance and appropriate solutions to support business needs for Life Asia and non Life Asia system. Able to direct and coach team-members.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3 years relevant experience
– Experience in using Life Asia system, QUERY/400 as well as SQL language
– Have a good knowledge of insurance
